His approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in proven therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Above all, Donnie believes in people’s potential, often before they see it themselves. His role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can take real steps toward lasting change.

For the past 23 years, Donnie has worked with individuals, couples, and families across private practice, post-secondary, and mental health settings.
